Travelstart Circus.
What a frustrating experience. Can I speak to a human please? Unprofessional, disrespectful of your time (number 87 in the queue??? Number 29 in the queue when you call the landline number)and a disgrace for our tourism industry. I will personally go out of my way NOT to recommend Travelstart.

I am very sorry that you had been having trouble reaching us to follow up on the issuance on the booking created 14 April. I have checked all information and can see that the funds cleared on the 14 April, however there was no booking reference and no way for us to allocate the payment without the required information we do advise of when creating a booking. The ticket has luckily been rebooked by one of our amazing agents and we were able to obtain the original price.
Should you create future booking with us, please use the Travelstart reference number to avoid these finds of complications.
