Travelstart changing flight times and makes me miss my Honeymoon flight. Now want to charge me Double. Give me my money back

I booked my Honeymoon trip to Bai with Travelstart leaving 8:50pm on a Sunday so it gave me time to get from our wedding venue in KZN to OR Tambo. which i originally explained to the agnet when booking. On my wedding day (Saturday) I get an email from Travelstart changing my flight times 90 minutes earlier and because I was getting married I did not see the mail!!! I saw it on the drive back to JHB on Sunday and tried to call Travelstart numerous times to explain my situation to which they were unhelpful. No one answered there emergency/urgent landlines for over 2 hours as I sat on hold on 2 different phones (I have screen shots of this as well as email record that was sent to Travelstart).

This flight time change caused us to miss our flights and not get to our honeymoon. I lost accommodation deposits etc.

Travelstart called me on that Monday and said they have credited me for flights when we are ready(with in 1 year period) as they understand the situation but now comes the time to use those 'Credited' flights that I have already paid R14 000 for and they wanted to charge me an additional R13500, which makes flights only to Bali R27500+-, its absolute madness. I have told them to refund me my money and I'll book the flight that Flight Center have for R13000 for 2 people and they are now being very evasive and not responding to my mails unless I threaten them with the Ombudsman or an attorney.

Please just give me the money back for my flights so I can take my wife on the Honeymoon I promised her.

I can not believe that companies and people can be so disgusting.
