I had the most amazing customer service experience with travel consultant Andrea De Villiers of Travelstart in Cape Town.I prepared a travel itinerary for travel to 4 cities in 3 countries and e mailed it to Andrea.I had costed my travelling so that I could compare it to any quotes.Andrea responded relatively quickly and she had tweaked my requests and in so doing she SAVED ME OVER R7000 without compromising my requests. Andrea communicated with me constantly so that I was up to speed with all developments.When we met at her office I found her to be a very pleasant person. Andrea will definitely be getting all my future business.I am so happy with her.
