I had dealings with a young lady Nonelo at Travels Start about prebooking flights. She was extremely professional, very helpful and an absolute delight. I am a senior citizen and rather clueless about internet booking and Nonelo went out of her way to explain and offered to help me book if I phoned nearer the time. Well done Travelstart on employing such lovely people.
