Travelstart cannot be contacted in any way to cancel a booking = theft
Do not make a booking through Travelstart. You cannot reach them to make changes, even after paying extra to have a ticket which allows changes. There is no contact number. You have to use WhatsApp to contact them and/or a digital form which must be submitted "which they will contact you shortly".
