Travelstart cancellations
Travelstart is the worst!!! Their service is sh*t. Noone responds to emails and their chat bot is useless...Tried rescheduling a flight for a relative who tested Positive for Covid19 and got no response from these guys at all!!! Unbelievable.

Your request was handed over to the relevant team to assist , however the passenger was checked in for the flight and the amendments Team cannot do anything as the coupon status will not allow.
I see that the relevant teams are in contact with the passenger with the options now available to her.
