ZA***8. Travelstart acting as agent of Emirates, breached the contract of carriage & cancelled our flights and offering to make a penalty deduction off the full fare we paid in good faith. As pasted below. This is unacceptable in Law & you will be held fully liable for all legal costs unless the full amount paid to you is refunded within 7 days of this notification. Furthermore we reserve our rights to publish on social media & Hello Peter and will publicize this to your detriment. We have used Travelstart for many years but this is absolutely shocking, when you were fully aware we were booked into a MIQ Quarantine lobby system in NZ & would have missed out if we had not taken the initiative here.
