Travelstart bookings experience

I've been trying to book flights online with Travelstart. When it comes to payment the OTP amount differs hugely from the amount due. I've tried contacting them, but what a pain to get hold of someone - 20 minutes hanging on. When i eventually got through, they made a booking from their side, this time the amounts differed again as well as the itinerary. and now you cant get hold of anyone to make the changes, Coming here and reading all these bad experiences others had, confirms that I'll have to look elsewhere.
