Travelstart Booking not user friendly

Booking strategy is not user friendly, you just dont know how to book, I had a discount offered by Old Mutual when I book at Travelstart I couldnt that use that discount becuase I found it impossible to book with this company.

Old mutual give us a number to call but when you call this number only an answering machine respond telling you to send an email if you want to book, and even that answering machine is not very clear, then you send and email as given by the answering machine and no one ever respond.

Infact how to make a booking with this company?????
