Travelstart BIG no NO
We struggle with contact. Asked for a refund as their communication is pathetic so that we could book with another airline and might not have flights when we want to fly. Now we need to wait 10 -12 weeks or longer for a refund. This is insane.

Please note that I have checked the booking and we have already requested the refund with the airline. The waiting period of 10-12 weeks is the general waiting period of the airline.
The only thing we can do is await for the airline to complete the refund on their end.
