Travelstart bad service

We booked 4 flights from jhb to Richardsbay and back. Our return flight was cancelled by Airlink as the airport closed down. For what we don't know. Now I received an sms from the airline informing me of this Saturday afternoon our flight is Monday morning at 07.55. Now we must get new tickets rent a car to get to Durban from Richardsbay. I phoned i emailed TRAVELSTART to find out about my refund. This started Saturday 09 March 2024 and untill now I still do not an answer from them or the airline. I think this is very bad service. I'm not happy at all.
