Travelstart bad service and take your money

Are they still in business. They take your money and you don’t hear from them again. I booked a flight with a open date. I paid them six months back and want to book but system wants additional payment. What to contact them but they are only online queries. They don’t come back to me. It seems that they have ****** my money. On address or offices in South Africa. Yet they say they have, they are lying and seems they are taking people money. Stay away from this travel agency
