Travelstart Bad service
Travelstart - you are doing damage to your business by not having a call centre where one can actually talk to some one. There are emergencies that need to be dealt with and there is email communication but one can not reply and the contact form is useless. Always been a fan but this is ridiculous! Whatsapp chat is worse. Think it is an automated response for incompetence! Call the person back for Pete Sake!!
