Travelstart bad service

I booked a flight via travel start and my ticket was booked with Air france. The is an error on my name with 1 letter that needs to be update. However Travelstar is giving me the run around. My matter is being handled by Elre who has not communicate to me even once. Travelstar claims my change is being held up by the airline but when I call the airline they assist me very quickly and have confirmed repeatedly that if the booking was done with them directly this matter would have been resolved in a fee minutes.

This is really unfair. I run a risk of not getting my visa because of this ticket and inefficiencyat travelstar.

Very disappointed. Travelstar has also stopped taking my calls.
