I have the worst experience with travelstart I booked a flight for 3 people with them to Capetown The flights got canceled due to covid Travelstart did not reimburse my money although there we numerous attempts for refunds They still retained my money and refused to return the money and it's now 3 years although I still have the proof of payment.
