Travelstart are a bunch of ******! never use them!

I booked a flight from Durban to Johannesburg online with Travelstart which came up to R1320, I Unfortunately missed my flight the next day and i contacted SAA an hour before he flight was due to take off to try and move the time to a later one where i was advised by SAA that since the booking was made with an agency I need to contact them to move the flight.<br> <br> I called travelstart where i was quoted a further R1400 to move the flight, to which I told the consultant to cancel the transaction and refund me my money so I would rather book directly as a new ticket with SAA was R1030.<br> I was put through to their accounts department where i was put on hold for over 30 minutes. As I was already rushing to the airport I could not afford to hold on any longer so I left an email to be contacted back where i only received an automated response saying they \value"me. today i called to ask for my refund where I was told that I might get nothing back from the R1320 as there penalties incurred might leave me with nothing to get back.<br> <br> i feel ****** by this joke of an agency as they charge exorbitant mark ups and now they are basically telling me since i missed the flight I wont get anything back."""
