Travelstart and SAA worst combination!!!

<p>I went on the travel start website to purchase tickets for three people(2 adults and a minor) and it clearly stated South African airways. Even with the SAA logo. I then select Jo'burg airports. Everything becomes processed and nowhere does the ticket state Lanseria. It states Johanesburg in a big font. My family and I then go to OR Tambo at 5:00 am to get the 6:30 am SAA flight to Cape Town only to find out that the ticket is actually Mango not SAA. Even on their iternary it states SAA but at the bottom in a very small font it states operated by mango. We go to the mango desk only to find out that our ticket is from Lanseria and the lady showed us the acronym HLA. Now how will we know that the acronym is for Lanseria? Other tickets clearly state that the departure city is Lanseria or OR Tambo. Now we ask the lady to change the ticket to OR Tambo and funny enough to change the ticket we have to go to SAA? How ironic!! When we get there I am told to pay an extra R6000 to get the next flight for the three passengers to Cape Town and I ask for another alternative. Mind you I have already paid an amount of R4136,00 for the tickets. The lady at the SAA terminal then changes their tickets to the next available Mango flight for 8:55 am but I have to pay a penalty fee of R1020 but now they have to go to Lanseria. Besides the extra R1020 I paid for the changes I also had to pay R466.04 for an uber. Mind you a minor was included in all this up and down. My 4 year old daughter was at the airport since 5am and has to wait until 8:55am to go home. What torture is that?! I then had to pay an extra R280 for breakfast now thats another unecessarty expense cause when i booked my "SAA" flight i knew that breakfast will be sorted. With that being said I want Travel start, South African Airways and Mango to reimburse all the extra costs and hassles my family and I had to go through. Because no where on the iternary or ticket does it state Lanseria like other tickets, flight booking websites but an HLA acronym. Secondly we booked South African Airways and our iternary states South African Airways NOT Mango! </p>
