Travelstart and SAA

I bought plane tickets via travelstart and everything was perfectly arranged but when I got to the airport to check in I was informed that my flight was overbooked by SAA. I had to wait for 3hrs and 20 minutes more at the airport as I was transferred to Mango airlines which was for 13:15 and the arrival time in Durban was 14:20. Instead of boarding the SAA at 09:55 am with the arrival time 11:00 am my trip was cut short by 3hrs and 20 minites for the day and the transport that I had arranged was cancelled at my cost because of the delay. I need to be reimburst for all the lost time and for the alternative transport arrangements
