TravelStart Agency is PATHETIC and USELESS
Travel start is by far the worst service, we have made a booking for 01.04.2020 with return for the 05.04.2020 on the 15th of February and due to Covid_19 we are forced to cancel, since a month now ive been phoning, no damn answer and let me tell you the wait on the line is forever, ive sent more than 5 emails no response besides a flippen automated message.. I demand that a sensible person contacts me and sort this *** out now with a full refund or i will be forced to go to the ombudsman..
