Travelstart after sales service sucks

Don’t expect help when things go wrong. On my husbands international flight on British Airways he was refused boarding citing Spain was not accepting tourists. What *******, we booked the next day in Turkish airlines without a hitch. On claiming a refund we were referred to the airline or you could take the same trip within a year which was not possible. I requested Travelstart liaise with BA but this did not happen. BA said to liaise with Travelstart!! So In the end, we lost an airticket because the agent would not help with the refund or at least allow us to use the funds to fly elsewhere.
