TravelStart advertises wrong flight info for CemAir!!!1

I booked flight booking number ZA***8 with TRavelstart for Cemair flight. On their site it shows departure time of 11h40 however when eticket arrives it is for 12h15 which means I only reach PE after 2pm. This is a problem as I now will miss my connecting shuttle in PE at 2pm. Travelstart advertised the wrong time even though Cemair changed the schedule 4 hours before I booked. Cemair confrimed this. TRavelStart assume no responsibility and deny that they advertised the wrong time.
