Travelstart-Accepting Non operational flight bookings and Cancel booking as their wish.

I booked flight from Johannesburg to Hyderabad via Travelstart (***) on Qatar flight. 3 days later I got email from Qatar that booking was cancelled. My question is Why Travelstart should advertise and allow me to book if the flight is not operational. This is so disappointing and not fair. And Travelstart sent me the refund request. With R 534.39 deducted towards service fee, even though it was not my problem. To whom I can tell my concern is a big question as the Travelstart don't have a phone number to call. It's only whatsapp where I can reach them. Even there the response is "Kindly be advised that our service fee is for the service we offered you by getting you a cheaper fare when you purchased your ticket. Airlines reserves the right to cancel or change their schedules anytime and this is beyond our control". If Travelstart doesn't have control over the airlines and they shouldn't advertise and sell tickets. Now they forced me to process my refund with R534.39 deduction for nothing. My leaves in my office confirmed, based on those leaves I booked On October 22nd. Today travelstart forced me to accept my refund request. Travelstart NO WAYS Guys next time. Don't trust Travelstart. I ahev to wait for the refund for Months. Such a disghusting service from travelstart.
