Travelstart absolutely disgusting

No stars!!! You are absolutely disgusting and I will make sure this news spreads!!! We booked tickets to austria 2 April we were still waiting for our kids passport numbers your agent on email confirmed and reassured us that these numbers can be put in 72hours before flight. This week trying to retrieve out tickets and add passport numbers your agent told us the we must contact Qatar directly they could not help us. When phoning your agent this morning we were told our Tickets were cancelled!!!! Without notice or email to us what so ever!! This is absolutely pathetic!!!! We have booked accommodation and will no have incurred extra costs!!!! We are taking this further your service is disappointed and disgusting!!!!!!
