Travelstart a ****?

I booked a week ago with Travelstart. I received e-ticket but with bogus airline reference numbers. Cannot access my profile on the app. Says "account status pending". No reply from Travelstart despite numerous requests for assistance. After reading all the latest reviews on Hellopeter in the last week, it looks as if I am not the only one that feels this is a ****. I cannot risk losing the trip as accommodation and other travel arrangements are booked. I have had to buy flights directly from the airline. I have requested refund from Travelstart. Hope they respond. I initially trusted using Travelstart as years ago I had a good experience with them. However, the last week it looks as if they are falling apart as the complaints are numerous and recent.
