travelstart - a disaster to try and book flights!!!

i have been trying to book my trip in may 2025 , via travelstart. all goes well. until we reach payment stage , payment is made, via ABSA gold credit card. money is debited to my ABSA Credit account / my Diners Card , and my ABSA EFT facility, but no tickets are issued. i have been trying for the last 3 days to complete this booking. ABSA assures me that it's not the BANK.shireen from travel start tried to assist, she was great, but was unable to complete the booking unfortunately. i have used Travel start in the past with no issues , but this time it has been a disaster!! i am still without any booking information or confirmed flights
