I originally contacted Travelstart 6 weeks ago to cancel my flight to Athens on the 29th June . As they offered me an unacceptable refund of 10% of the fare i then advised that i would take the option of a voucher to travel later. I have emailed them at least 5 times and registered on their chat line and have received absolutely no response or communication whatsoever. To top it all i get a email from Ethiopian Airways advising me that i am now due to fly out on the 1st July. Despite my many emails expressing my dissatisfaction of their service i continue to get emails promoting their company. I know who i would not use in the future.

Each Airline has their own policy and we as Travelstart have to adhere to the Policies of the Airlines and are unable to override these.
I have sent your request to Ethiopian Airlines for the Voucher to be issued.
As soon as we receive the voucher we will forward it to you.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further queries.

We have sent an email on that day to Ethiopian to request the Voucher and we will follow up with them.
The Airlines are receiving a lot of requests, therefore delays in responses can be expected.
