Bought ticket on 28 Nov. There fault, no ticket, lost my reservation. Try to get money back. Poor feedback, promises. 4wapp conversations, 8 phone calls, lots of emails. No they say I will get my money on Wednesday, if not, "we will supervise you" whatever that means. I need the money to buy another ticket and are so stressed
