Travelstart, 5 star Customer Service

I love using Travelstart and most of the time do not encounter any issues. Today I had a slight snag with booking amendment and Robina Mutandwa (Travelstart Customer Services) listened to my understanding of the problem and thoroughly investigated what it was that had gone wrong. Getting the bigger picture made it clear where the snag came into play, and Robina offered me a solution to my problem and it was resolved on the spot. Thank you, Robina!
