I booked a return flight from JHB to Harare an Vic falls to JHB, and i missed the JHB to Hre flight. I tried to contact them but their whatsapp process took more than 5 hours for a person to respond and i had to make another booking directly with another flight. On my return trip. BA did not have our booking. We tried to contact them but there was no one to communicate with. We had to make another booking for us not to miss the flight. When i try to request a refund for the return trip, the Consulant Robina, said its the airline rule that if you miss the flight they cancel the the other trip. This is *******. Travel start is now in the business of *****ing from people, believe you me. The best is to book through the iarline directly and to leave these ******** alone...
