I’ve been trying for a week to get in touch with an agent about my booking (already paid for) and no one is getting back to me. I submit a message via the WhatsApp line and the online contact form and all I get is a message to say that an agent will be in touch. More than a week turnaround is terrible service for travel. Not to mention I am left not knowing when am agent will actually get back to me. I haven’t been queued or given an estimate of when I can expect someone to get back to me.
