Traveling Refund

As a group of 15 we booked a MSC Cruise for 1 April 2020 but due to Covid it was cancelled and we were refunded. We also booked flight ticket through Travel Start and where not refunded and can't even get hold of anybody even after leaving e-mails online. Can anybody help me please because I was the person responsible for these bookings and I feel bad to constantly having to tell the rest that nobody got back to me about the refund.
