TRAVEL START worst option in car rental
Do not book through travel start car rentals, they advertised an Audi A3 and when we arrived the booking wasn't with the rental company they advised, they redirected the booking to car trawler which sent us to thrifty who gave us an old Toyota corroller which was nothing like an Audi.
Nobody could assist us & help line to call, been 2 weeks and have heard nothing from travel start.. We were left with no choices on the day and had paid a premium rate for an inferior car.
This was a terrible service and experience

Please note that when purchasing the Car Rental on the website it does state Audi A3 or Similar. Which means that should the dealership not have the A3 available at the time of pick up(due to service or for any other reason), the dealership would then provide you with a car which meets the same requirements and engine capacity.
Travelstart is a 3rd party search engine and we advertise car rental with Cartrawler. Should you have any further queries or feedback please make contact with Cartrawler on + ***0 . You may also query your booking through them by using your reference number, date of pick up and location and email.
