TRAVEL START WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!

This is the WORST BOOKING PLATFORM, I booked last year November for a overseas trip. We went back into Covid regulations and was not able to get a visa for travel due to the shut down. You can not get hold of anybody! You always directed to a computer generated page and there turn around time is more than 2 days! I have been requesting flight change for booking for 6 months now. Only to be told I have to use the ticket within the 1 year! Well sorry my purpose of travel at the time was to go winter skiing and there is no ski resort in Europe that produces snow from April till Jan. What is so difficult just to assist a client and make the necessary changes due to the unforeseen!!!!! DO NOT WVER BOOK TRAVEL START, THEY TAKE TOUR MONEY AND KEEP YOU HANGING!!!!
