Travel start tickets

I booked a ticket trough travelstart. Airlines was British airways and Return was Fly Safair. So what happened was I booked a return ticket for my brother. When I Booked I accidentally put the wrong surname in. Everything else was right expect the surname. I put my surname in. It was a small bit the biggest mistake I’ve made in this matter. First of all with travel start what’s app app, they could not help me. They said, British airways policy is no name changes or you literally loose a ticket. I phoned I emailed , did not managed to get something out of this. Now I have to go to British airways myself at CT airport to solve the matter as my brother has to fly soon and I Know they won’t let him in with the different surname. So it cost me to buy a new ticket and British airways said at the counter that I will be able to solve the matter, so I went on and bought the ticket. I then also went to Fly safair, and just by a click of a button they help me to fix the surname and it was so amazing how things can get done. Then phoned travel start again and they say, that BA have the money And they can’t pay me the money back and the policy is no changes of names. I have many emails I have made many calls. Hours of calls. So today BA says, if I did booked the ticket straight trough them, they would have def managed to Change the name change for me with proof of Id.

So I would like Travel Start to sort out this matter for me, cause it seems like they trying to avoid helping at all just to get a new ticket at least. It’s my money I’ve lost. Just by helping book a ticket for my brother.

So to end. As I booked the ticket, I realized the surname was wrong and in about 2 hours after I booked I’ve emailed travel start. I have proof of everything
