Travel start poor travel agency never to use

A very poor traveling agent. I booked an airticket but l couldn't travel on the day tried calling sending email their response is very poor they take so much time. Noww they respond after 12 hours they sent me the payment invoice and they said it expires 24hrs within 3 hrs its said payment has expired l cant pay anymore😥. And now they are not answering my calls even respond to my emails. Poor service travel start l regret booking my flight ticket with you

I am sorry you had difficulty with the payment link. I have checked the booking and can see that all in order for the amendment and payment was actioned and new updated tickets had been sent. Please note that the link is set to expire prior to midnight, before the agents log off as the payment has to clear still and reissues and new issuance has to be actioned on the same day to prevent additional costs.
