Travel start is the worst travel agent to deal with

I booked a ticket to Mumbai via Travel start only to receive a cancellation from the airline. I have sent an email to them requesting assistance. They rep**** to say that they can offer me a ticket for 3 days later at business class. I wrote back and asked what the cost would be and if I could come back later as the trip would be shortened by 3 days. I am now going to incur costs for my accommodation as well as my airport shuttle. To date I have not received a response from them as to the alternative ticket cost and dates. I cannot find a number to call. I have tried their wattsapp group but still no response. I am travelling December and need to sort out my ticket so that I can sort out my accommodation!! They dont reply to emails or to wattsapp messages. They also dont have a contact number on their website. This is sooo unprofessional

So i finally get hold of someone at travel start via their wattsapp contact line. He says to me: I will get back to you in due time. What does due time mean i ask? Give me a date. Due time can be months. His name is Kyle. Thereafter he just blatantly ignored me. No response to date. I think i sent 3 emails requesting a refund. No reply other than the usual """" your ticket has been logged blah blah blah. People please be very care with this travel agent. I am very sceptical if they are legite or not. I cannot make accusations but I can only suspect they are a con.

a few days later still no response from Travel Pals except for the automated messages. I need my refund , indicated this several times and the automated response keeps asking me if Im sure i want a refund. What a joke.
