Travel Start Horrible & ********** Service

i bought my flight tickets with Travel Start in July and yesterday i couldnt board by my flight due to a Visa transition rule that has been implemented 6 months back.

1. Travel start decided to reschedule my connecting flight 3 days before departing and they had arranged that I will be spending 12hrs at the airport. they never gave me any option BUT rather their usual altimatums.2

. After British Airways refused us entry on to the plane, Travelstart didn't provide me with any 2nd options they just gave me the cancellation altimatum.

Now they sent me an email saying they will only be refunding me 19% of what I have paid and they will only do that in 24weeks time.

Pathetic
