Travel start give me my money back!

Travel start is the worst agency honestly. I have been waiting on a refund since April. I have esacalated to all their email address and followed up. On the 12th of July I was told that the refund was being processed. I followed up 4 times after that to know response. Guess what the "esclation manager" called Gwen reached out with a **** understanding of my situation. Guess what today is the 24th of August and guess what she said after all this wait "Your refund is in process". Like are these people robots honestly? How do they employ management that cannot resolve issues and put you back into the same situation you have been in for months. Travel start if you cannot build a solution driven team and business then please close your doors.
