Travel start doesn’t start anything but rather the end your travel plans ! Think twice before booking with them .

I am and I have been trying to change my existing booking with Travel start but their communication is so slow it’s close to non existent. Today they told me to wait 72hours for a reply ! I need to travel ASAP . It is frustrating that they don’t have a direct line to call them on and their automated WhatsApp reply is more stressful because it’s not helpful at all ! The live agent that they suggest takes ages to to even appear . It shouldn’t take this long and be so stressful to change an existing booking !
