TRAVEL START - DO NOT USE THEM !

0 WOULD BE MY RATING. Flights booked via them and cancelled due to Covid they want to refund at R3000.00 and the flights each cost R14 000.00. These are BA flights , whom will fully refund or change the flights with no extra cost. I know this as I have since booked and had a flight cancelled due to Covid. BA were amazing .. TRAVELSTART are more than useless. This is not the first bad experience as they also took my money for an Airlink flight to Sun City after the flights were grounded. This after we sent letters to the OMBUNDSMAN and reported them .. them refunded fully. Alll i want from them now is the flights reference for BA FOR MY 2 BOOKED LEGS as I know I can sort it with them (BA ) TRAVELSTART IS NOT AVAILABLE AT ALL...THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE LAST MARCH 2020. THIS COMPNAY NEEDS to BE REMOVED AS A PROVIDER OR FEED FOR ANY AIRLINE AS THEY GIVE THE AIRLINES THEMSELVES A BAD NAME DUE TO THIER ASSOCIAITION AND LACK OF DELIVERY . Never use Travelstart!
