Travel start books the wrong date with the airline

Try contacting their emergency number on a sunday is a nightmare. I booked a ticket this morning to have the price changed from the initial amount and confirmed amount to also have the dates changed on the airline ticket. <br> <br> I am suppose to leave to JHB today to find on the ticket that was sent to me via email that my travel date is for the 27th of july. your emergency line is suppose to open at 10:00 am but only opened at 11:15 am. a consultant by the name of sharon is the most rudest women even after knowing that this is not the first time that this has happened from booking through travel start. the advice she has given me about the airline and how i can put the ticket on hold is incorrect. i spoke to the airline and they laughed and said travel start is trying to push the buck. <br>
