Travel Start are ********* *****s!!!!
I posted a review earlier today. I got a "lie"as a response from Dino. So Travel Start was quoting me R6320 for a date change for a rebookable ticket for which i paid a R795 fee. Anyways after all the bull****, i called Ethiad direct and since i had already used my first leg of the flight, they could assist me. Travel start told me the cheapest date change from today to 1 June is R6320. Ethiad changed my return flight to 19th May. I paid R2010 penalty for the date change. I paid R500 admin fee. Si in total i paid Ethiad R2510 versus the R6320 Travel Start quoted me. Travel Start are ********* and should refund me my R795 at the least. Rest assured i am never using Travel Start ever and will make sure i tell all my corporate colleagues and travel agent friends...which for Travel Start's sake is a loss of significant revenue!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear you see it that way. What we had available to us was Y class. We need to keep in mind the airline might at the time have better availability that is why they could offered a lower fare and we unfortunately do not have control over that, as we are not an airline but a travel agency.
