Travel Start And El AL is terrible

You guys are pathetic i called in time today to change my departure date from tomorrow as el al conditions on there website says you can change up to 3 hours before the time i changed more than 24 hours before the time and you guys let me know after 19h00 at night you cant are you in sane i am posting this on hello peter and email this to Stephan Ekberg I got his email address when I wanted to cancel withing24 hours since purchasing the ticket you had excuses which is *******'s and now once again no one should do business with travel start and I am posting this you guys better get me on a flight to Tel Aviv on Saturday the 29 April 2023 I don't care how you cant let me know this time of the night and you better not charge me a cent NNVGO6 , This is Your E-Ticket Reference ZA***0

So I complained about these people and yesterday they called me so we can to an arrangement they gave me a fair that it would cost extra to change a booking now although this is a south African company they adhere to other country's consumer acts so i against my will excepted so they gave me a price this morning I transferred the amount they quoted me and when I pot threw the payment its suddenly couple of hundred more additional costs they just don't tell you about then you ask for there CEO , his name is Stephan , they refuse to give you his Surname they refuse that you can speak to him because Stephan is much more important than us normal plips he is to important to take calls so lets see if there CEO in Europe will take calls I will attempt to call him now
