Travel plans postponed, but Travelstart saved the day.

Due to the global pandemic, I was very sad to cancel my trip to go visit my family in Portugal. Travelstart were wonderful with keeping me updated on travel restrictions, in South Africa and in Portugal, but I was also frequently updated on the airlines developing policies. I was offered various option: Cancel, received a travel voucher or change the dates. Travelstart explained all of the various options to me, and I was able to make an informed decision. Burton was wonderful in assisting me, and going forward I am happy to know my travel plans are in such great hands.
