Took my money, but failed to book flight with airline!
Worst service ever. Booked flights with flexi date option, struggled to get hold of them when wanted to change dates. Eventually they confirmed that they changed the dates, when I get to the airport - they failed to book the tickets with the airline. Now stuck at the airport with not tickets, no accommodation and no plan. They took my money but did not book. Their WhatsApp service and emergency contact channels don’t work
