Time wasting

I bought a flight ticket on the 19th of Oct. Money was deducted from my account. The ticket was issued. Then today(22/10)I see an email asking for card,ID and authorization letter from the card holder. Yet they already deducted the money. This email should have been sent before take money from money ask.
