Tickets not longer available ?
We had tickets booked to Brussels/ Belgium , May 2020. They were postponed by Travelstart due to Corona. I was assured that the tickets would remain valid for a future date. I tried to book a new date, however Travelstart now claims that they no longer hold the tickets and that I should deal directly with the airline. However the reference numbers given are not correct. The email is a noreply mail box, so no way to contact them. Booking reference ZA***2

Thank you for reaching out to us. I have tried to call you to no avail and I am aware that your voice message note says not to leave a message, but I left a message instead.
Please note I will have the team send an email to the airline to check on how to proceed with the rebooking as we do not have access to the tickets and are unable to see anything on them.
The airline has taken control of the booking at the moment.
Please keep an eye out for my email revert.
