Ticket refunds

i bought Kulula flight tickets to JHB through travelstart last week, ref: ZA**********9, The flight was cancelled, i emailed Kulula about getting a refund, they could not help me since the ticket was bought through travelstart, travelstart is not responding to my emails. I am a student, i used my last money to buy those tickets, for my brother and i. I am deeply frustrated by this, i feel i was supposed to be refunded by now since i did not receive the service i paid for. please refund my money so that i can go home for vac.

Travelstart called last week to promise me a refund last week, saying that they will send it once they receive it from Kulula
