Ticket cancelled without consent - ZA***4

<p>We bought a ticket through Travelstart and decided to cancel the ticket. We called in the office and requested for a cancellation, we were then advised that we would be sent a quote for the cancellation and would have to respond to the email before the ticket gets cancelled. We received an email (which by the way stated that the quote would not be considered unless they got a response from us) that didn't make sense so we called Travelstart and requested for clarification. We were told to wait for another cancellation quotation before we could go ahead with the cancellation, which never received and never gave consent to yet travelstart has gone ahead to cancel the ticket without our consent or response.</p> <p> </p> <p>The staff are so unprofessional that they dropped the phone on me when I made a query on this. My husband then called and was spoken to in a rude way, this staff even had the guts to blame us for the cancellation.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
