<p>Booking through Travelstart makes absolutely no sense. Why add another layer of incompetence between you and the level of incompetence at the airline. And you do all that for a fee? My girlfriend booked out flights with Travelstart. Family emergencies meant that we have to change travel plans. I held on the line forever and didn't get an answer. The airline with which we were flying answered the calll and then said we could only change the booking with Travelstart. How do I do that if they don't answer the phone???? The battles about refunds and such I won't even get into. Just stay away from Travelstart </p>

Their consultant called and told me that the flight I was changing too was priced exactly the same and that the taxes were the same - meaning the airline didn't charge extra for the change. Travelstart though, was charging R350. For ****ing what???? Stay away from Travelstart and book your flights directly with the airline. This company is a ****
